My flat is situated under the roof of a former historic tobacco curing facility that was renovated in the late 90es in the typical wooden architecture in Trentino.

It is ideally located in front of the most important cycle track in Riva del Garda – you can cycle to the beaches or downtown within a few minutes and reach the fairs (Expo) by bus.

If you come by car, there is my private garage (m. 2,40 wide & m. 5 long) where you can also store your bicycles.

A bus stop to almost everywhere, a gym, several supermarkets, some e-bike & mountain bike rentals, pizzerias and restaurants are just a stone's throw.

My flat is made up of a bright kitchenette with a small sunny balcony, a comfy mindfulness & relax corner with sofa bed, my pothos garden in jungalow style, a sleeping room with 2 twin single beds (cm 80 x cm 190 each), which you can easily put together if you need a double bed, and a book exchange corner (German, English and Italian books).

My flat combines all my passions: industrial furniture, many bright colours, my travelling souvenirs, my love of Milan, teas and coffee.

I will be glad to let you taste my tea & coffee making facilities that are available for all my guests.

Pets are not allowed (pothos plants are toxic to them!). My flat is not suitable and not equipped for crawlings and small kids.
